You can also purchase tickets on the day of your visit from the attraction, but you will need to queue for these.
A. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail immediately after making your booking. This confirmation needs to be printed and taken with you to the Hamburg Dungeon. Without it, the access to the attraction might be denied. The emailed pdf confirmation acts as your ticket.
Please note: a barcode shown on a mobile phone, smart phone, blackberr etc. does not constitute a valid ticket. You must present a printed ticket.
A. It all depends as sometimes we do and sometimes we don't offer tickets for the same day online. You need to check in the booking process. But you can purchase normal tickets at the attraction on the day of your visit.
A. You can enter at any time between the time slots on your confirmation.
A. You will be allowed in at the next time slot subject to availability, but if you have bought an off-peak and end up in a peak time slot then you will be charged to upgrade.
A. There may be a wait during busy times (especially the middle of the day during school holidays and weekends), but priority entrance tickets have priority over the main queue.

Please note: we do not recommend a visit for children younger than 10 years of age. If you do want to visit with younger children, we will need written confirmation from the parents. Also, all children must be accompanied by an adult.

A. German student IDs, plus some international valid ones are accepted.
A. No, as long as children are aged 10-14 and under are supervised by an adult, there isn't a problem. We do not recommend a visit for children younger than 10 years of age. But if you do want to visit with younger children, we will need written confirmation from the parents.
However the Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children.

A. Our online tickets will give you access to all available areas of Hamburg Dungeon. You will not be asked to pay any more for entry on the day. However, if you would like to shop for souvenirs or eat at our restaurant (currently closed for remodelling works), you will need to bring some extra money.

A. No, these vouchers cannot be used to pre-book tickets online. In order to use a discount voucher, you must join the main queue and pay for your tickets at the entrance of the attraction.
A. Check the ‘Find Us’ page for your chosen Dungeon to locate the closest car parks, coach parks and train stations.
A. The tours start approximately every 7 minutes.
A. On Extremis (London, Hamburg & Edinburgh) and the Reaper Drop Ride to Doom (Amsterdam) you have to be taller than 1.2 meters and it is not recommended for pregnant women, people with heart conditions or bad backs. Some areas have strobe lighting, but you will be warned before reaching these areas.
A. No food or drink can be consumed in the Dungeon.
A. Your ticket is for a tour and due to the set up of the Dungeon shows, you will not able to re-enter the Dungeon. The tour lasts approx 1- 1.5 hours.
A. No, flash photography is not permitted in the Dungeon.
A. No, all bags must accompany customers at all times. No bags are to be left unattended.
A. Yes, however, the tour is approximately 1.5 hours long and some rides may not be suitable. This will be at the discretion of the individual concerned.
